Do respondents need a crypto wallet?
Only if your form uses token gating or wallet-specific question types. For non-gated forms, anyone can respond without a wallet.
Which blockchains are supported?
Ethereum, Solana, Bitcoin, SUI, Polygon, and Base. Token gating currently works on Ethereum (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). Wallet address verification works across all chains.
How does token gating work?
You set rules like "must hold at least 1 NFT from contract 0x...". When a respondent connects their wallet, we check their on-chain balance in real time. No gas fees involved.
Can I use forms.wtf without Web3 features?
Absolutely. It works as a regular conversational form builder with AI generation, Google Sheets sync, webhooks, and analytics. The Web3 features are optional.
